This is a wonderful mat! My partner bought it for me to do yoga, and usually it's hard because my palms are sweaty, knees weak arms are heavy (lol Eminem lyrics haha), but this one keeps me perfectly still in place. Now when I do my Handstand Scorpion (or "Taraksvasana" in Sanscrit), I can focus on getting the nice therapeutic stretch that my chiropractor always tells me about. I purchased Matt's INDESTRUCTIBLE™ Rubber Mat for my partner to do yoga, and they literally couldn't move due to the sheer friction of this . I considered returning it, but after some painstaking calculations (I forgot how to use BEDMAS because I couldn't stop thinking about how this product was such a BADMAT), paying $5 to ship back a $2 mat just didn't seem to be the most pragmatic choice.
